If the guest cancel booking for any own reason, New Shan Travel will make a deduction according to the cancellation and refund policy of the cruise line: all cancellation requests must be notified in writing or by email and New Shan Travel's Acknowledgment of receipt. Telephone message notifications will not be accepted. (Notification days do not include departure date and notification date). More than 60 days from the date of departure: SGD50 + deposit specified by the cruise company per person Within 59-30 days from the date of departure: SGD50 + 50% of the cruise fare (excluding port tax) per person Within 29-15 days from the date of departure: SGD50 + 75% of the cruise fare (excluding port tax) per person Within 14 days from the date of departure: SGD50 + 100% of the cruise fare (excluding port tax) per person Note: Cancellation and refund policies are subject to change by the cruise line at any time without prior notice.
